No point in speaking to me about it. I received a hamper at Christmas and there was a jar of sauerkraut. I can see it possibly dying of old age before I pluck up the courage to open it lol

I wonder if Oaksme's partner Hanna knows how to make sauerkraut, she's from Germany .... I'll try to remember to ask her. She is an adventurous cook so might know.
