If you're thinking about buying a pressure cooker, read this first. If you already own one but rarely use it, you'll get more out of it if you read on;

There are links to cooking time charts for all kinds of meat, veg & beans, rice and grains, fruit, and seafood on the last page of this article too.

Some other useful links with recipes and tips
http://missvickie.com/ American site - a bit clunky to surf but recipes are downloadable
http://fastcooking.ca/index.htm

Pressure cookers are really, really popular in Asia and Latin America, so worth checking recipe sites with a few key words.

Here's a couple of Indian sites with 100s of pressure cooker recipes

I love Aayi's recipe site :D
It all looks so colourful and everything is in photographs to guide you through the recipes. I could get into that kind of cookery with a site like that - thanks Contadina.
